HR-L8013 Automatic Filter Material Testing Platform

1、 Overview
HR-L8013 is suitable for testing the efficiency of filter media ranging from 0.1% to 99.99%, and is tested according to international standards. The design structure of the test bench is compact and lightweight, and during the operation and testing process, only suitable power and compressed air (without water or oil) need to be provided, making it suitable for use in laboratories, factories, and other occasions.

2、 Main features
1. Automatically calculate filtration efficiency testing and airflow resistance.
2. Efficiency testing is conducted using two high-precision online counters to measure the aerosol concentration in the upstream and downstream of the sample, ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of the measurements taken.
3. The entire fogging system adopts mature technology from South Korean ART+company to ensure the accuracy of the measured data.
4. Fine atomization without moisture, stable concentration, stainless steel material is corrosion-resistant and durable.
4. 10 inch color touch screen control, simple and intuitive operation, supports remote maintenance, automatic calculation and display of test results system, printing and output, etc.
5. Imported exhaust fan with automatic flow adjustment.

2、 Main components
1. Aerosol generator
Used for generating NaCl or DEHS standard particles, the main particle size range emitted is ≥ 0.3um, accounting for more than 70% of the total, and can continuously and stably produce aerosols. Provide test particles upstream of the filter material.
2. Particle counter
Used to monitor the upstream and downstream particle concentration of the tested filter material, and obtain the efficiency of the tested filter material.
3. Differential pressure sensor
Used to test the pressure difference (or resistance) of the tested filter material at a certain test flow rate.
4. Aluminum alloy fixtures
Used for compacting and sealing the tested filter material.
5. Imported fan
Used to provide experimental flow rate for filter media, with automatic flow control.
6. Electrostatic neutralization device
Remove the charge from NaCl particles to make particle counting measurements more accurate.
